Austin and Johanna are high school sweethearts who became engaged on the beach in Laguna Beach, California. We are honored to have them as clients and document their love.
We started the morning in Birmingham with our bride photographing the morning festivities, the girls popped some champagne, filmed some ticktocks and finished hair and make up! We captured some beautiful moments.
The wedding venue was in Clarkston at Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Course. The couple’s wedding felt like walking into a nature lover’s fairy tale. It was the perfect summer day with a light breeze, the guests entered into a little hideaway covered by numerous tall evergreens. The venue sits in a remote tucked away spot in the middle of the trees. The ceremony was positioned in the fountain courtyard, guests seated around the tall fountain while the couple shared their vows.
Johanna looked stunning with a elegant and classic look, with a long double train in the back of her dress. Austin wore a black fitted tuxedo with white accents. The couple’s look together was classic and photographed elegantly together.
